By this petition, the petitioners herein have challenged the order of issuance of process dated 25th July, 2016. It is not disputed that the alternate efficacious remedy is available to the petitioners. 2.

In the light of the above, I am not inclined to exercise the writ jurisdiction. The Writ Petition No. 2983 of 2017 is therefore dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court. It is made clear that the petitioners will be entitled to seek condonation of delay in terms of Section 14 of the Limitation Act. (SMT. ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J.)
