Heard. These Applications are made by the original Petitioner for restoration of the Writ Petitions which stood dismissed in view of conditional order dated 27.06.2018 passed by this court for non removal of office objections.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicants and the reasons disclosed in paragraph 3 of the Civil Applications, we are satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for allowing the Civil Applications.

Hence, following order is passed:

a.

The Writ Petitions stand restored to file on merits. b.

Time to remove all office objections as per conditional order dated 27.06.2018 is extended till 27.07.2018. c.

The Applicant is directed to remove all office objections on or before 27.07.2018.

d.

The Applicant to inform the other side about restoration of the Writ Petitions.

e.
