This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the revision application challenging the order dated 29th November, 2018 passed by the Sessions Court discharging respondent Nos.1, 2 & 4. It is pointed out that the respondent No.3 has expired.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice the delay of 105 days in preferring revision application is condoned. Respondent No.3 be deleted from the title of the application. Criminal Application No.363 of 2019 stands disposed off accordingly.
