This is an application seeking condonation of delay in fling an appeal against the conviction. The delay is of 16 days. The applicant is convicted by the Special Court, Thane for the ofence punishable under Sections 363 and 366-A of Indian Penal Code, vide judgment and order dated 20th April 2019 and sentenced him to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for four years.

For the reasons assigned in Paragraph Nos. 3, 4 and 5, the application seeking condonation of delay in fling an appeal deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. varsha
