After hearing for sometime when the Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned advocate for the applicant on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application. It is however submitted that the trial may be expedited. Applicant was arrested on 23rd November, 2017. Charge was framed against the applicant on 13th June, 2018.

In view of this, application is allowed to be withdrawn. Since the charge is already framed, it is expected that the trial Court would make an endevour to proceed with the trial expeditiously. 3.

Application stands disposed off.
