The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that on the basis of the said complaint of the petitioner, FIR is already registered by Sateli Bhedshi Police Station at Sindhudurg. She, therefore, stated that the grievance raised in the petition no more survived and has sought leave to withdraw the petition. Leave as prayed for, is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The investigating officer of the FIR No.25 of 2017 shall carry out investigation and file an appropriate report before the concerned Court expeditiously.
