Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.

According to the case of the petitioner, admittedly an Award under Section 11 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 or an Award or an order under the provisions of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 granting compensation has not been made. The petition is based on an apprehension that compensation may be granted to those who are not entitled to receive the same.

The case of the petitioner is that she is alone entitled to receive compensation.

As of today, there is no Award made. If while passing an Award or an order the petitioner is denied compensation, the petitioner has all the statutory remedies available. Therefore, at this stage, it is not necessary to entertain this petition. If the petitioner has submitted her claim, the concerned Authority is bound to consider the same. 5.

Subject to what is observed above and by keeping all the remedies of the petitioner expressly open, we disposed of the petition. (REVATI MOHITE DERE,J.) (A.S. OKA,J.)
