P.C.:- The Applicant has sought restoration of the civil application (stamp) No.6487 of 2017, which was dismissed for non compliance of conditional order dated 8th June, 2017.

By the order dated 8th June, 2017, four weeks time was granted to the Applicant to remove office objections. Failing which, the Applicant was put to notice that the registration of the civil application will be refused. Non compliance of the said conditional order has resulted in refusal of the registration of the civil application. Megha 1/2

The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant will remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. Statement is accepted.

In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in paragraph 4 of the application, the civil application (stamp) No.6487 of 2017 is restored to file subject to cost of Rs.1,000/- to be paid to the Juvenile Justice Fund within a period of two weeks. 5.
The application stands disposed of.
