We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

According to the learned counsel, unauthorized construction is made on the private property of the petitioners. 3.

The dispute is between private parties. The evidence would be required to be led by the parties regarding the ownership, the nature of construction, etc.

In light of that, this Court would not exercise its jurisdiction. 5.

The petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate Court. In that event, all contentions are kept open.

Writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid observations. No costs.
