Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By a detailed order dated 27.09.2021, the Applicant has been granted interim protection. This court has prima facie found that the injured Chandrakant has only suffered one CLW on the parietal scalp and second injury around the same area. 3.

In such circumstances, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant is not necessary or warranted.

In the result, the criminal application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 27.09.2021, which is hereby made absolute.

The Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer when required and shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency in further investigation, if any.
