I have carefully gone through the contents of FIR. Even otherwise parties were having consensual physical relationship. There is no necessity of custodial interrogation. Moreover, in view of composition arrived at between the parties, I am inclined to allow the application. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed.
