In terms of the order dated 23rd April, 2015 passed by this Court, the impugned order dated 16th June, 2014 has been reconsidered by the Municipal Corporation after giving a hearing to the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation has placed on record a copy of the said order dated 2nd July, 2015 which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The period of

2/2 48-wp.7894.2014 suspension has been brought down to one year instead of two years from the date of the original order.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner has accepted the said order dated 2nd July, 2015. 4.
