Mr. Sonawane learned counsel for the appellant states that he is not in a position to contact the appellant. The order dated 19th June, 2019 passed by this court recording the statement of the Section Officer that the appellant has not deposited as per the directions is clear. The said order provides that if the cost is not paid as directed in the said order, the Collector to recover the cost from the appellant as arrears of the land revenue.

The Collector is accordingly directed to comply with the said order dated 19th June,2019 for recovery of the amount of cost as an arrears of the land revenue and on recovery of the said amount, to pay the said amount to the Tata Memorial Hospital, Parel Mumbai in compliance with the order dated 22nd April, 2019. 3.

Office is accordingly directed to convey this order to the Collector, Nashik for compliance.

The learned Collector, Nashik to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
