By order dated 15/07/2019, the Appellant is admitted to interim protection from arrest, subject to certain conditions and the said order continued to operate till date. 2.

On completion of investigation, the charge-sheet has also been fled and the same is placed before the Court. 3.

The complainant has placed on record an affdavit, stating that Cri.Writ Petition No.857 of 2020 is fled for quashing of the subject C.R.No.167 of 2019 and consent is accorded by the complainant to quash the FIR. M.M.Salgaonkar

2/2 13 APEAL-951-19.odt A specifc statement is made that the offence alleged in the FIR is personal in nature and, since both the groups belong to the same village, they have decided to amicably put an end to the disputes for which the appropriate steps are being taken.

The affdavit dated 28/03/2023, fled by respondent No.2, is taken on record and marked 'X' for identifcation. 4.

In any case, considering the merits of the matter, since the protection is granted in favour of the Appellant on 15/07/2019 and since the investigation is complete, order dated 15/07/2019 is made absolute.
