1] The contesting parties, i.e. the petitioner and the respondent no. 1 agree that this petition can be disposed of with the following order, without record of any reasons therefor:- (A) The impugned order dated 10 July 2014 made by the Minister (Co-operative Societies) is hereby set aside; (B) The Minister (Co-operative Societies) to decide the appeal instituted by the respondent no. 1 afresh, in accordance with law and on its own merits. All contentions of all parties are kept open; (C) During the pendency of the appeal and subject to its outcome, the registration of the petitioner's society, if, cancelled, shall revive. However, the petitioner society, shall not sell, transfer, alienate or create any third party rights in respect of its immovable 1/2

(D) The Minister (Co-operative Societies) is requested to dispose of this appeal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four months from today;

(E) The contesting parties to appear before the Minister (Cooperative Societies) on 29 February 2016 at 3.00 p.m. and produce authenticated copy of this order.

(F) All parties to co-operate in the matter of expeditious disposal of the appeal.

2] Accordingly, the aforesaid directions are issued and the petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 3] All concerned to act on basis of authenticated copy of this order.
