Respondent No.4-Smt. Yashoda Malhari Shinde died on 5th March, 2018. It is claimed that the application for bringing LR's on record is filed on 16th July, 2018. One of the legal heirs is appellant No.1. There is marginal delay. It is stated that, it was on account of getting the death certificate from Grampanchayat office. Considering the ground, the delay is condoned. Permission granted to bring legal heirs on record.
