Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and have perused the averments made in the civil application. 2.

The applicants have made out a case for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for default by an order dated 3rd July 2017.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the order dated 3rd July 2017 is recalled. Writ petition is restored to file. Civil application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 4.
