Respondent No.2, in accordance with law at the earliest and in any case within eight weeks from the date of filing of the application. Till then, no coercive action be taken against the structure which is in respect of the impugned notice and also for a further period of two weeks in case the regularization application is rejected by Respondent No.2. 4.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
