(1) Learned A.P.P. after verifying from internet the Case Information System (CIS) of District Courts Judiciary submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, Police have filed chargesheet on 17th July, 2018 in the Court of Joint Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mahad, District Raigad and the same has been numbered as R.C.C. No.549 of 2018. That, as per the said information, non-bailable warrant is issued against the Applicants.

(2) As Appellants are reported to be absconding, we are not inclined to exercise our jurisdiction in favour of the Applicants. (2.1) Even otherwise, record indicates that, after 9th August 2018, Applicants and / or their Advocate on record have not taken any efforts even 1/2

(3) It appears that, Applicants are not interested in pursuing Application.
