1] This civil application is seeking condonation of delay in filing appeal against the decree made by the City Civil Court. Again, fresh notice will have to be effected upon the respondents. Steps will also have to be taken with regard to some of the respondents who are reported to have expired. For this purpose, as a matter of last opportunity, six weeks time is granted to the applicants. In case, service is not complete and steps are not taken, the civil application to stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to this court.
