Based on the allegation of violation of copyrights, the offence being Crime No.1257 of 2022 came to be registered with MIDC Police Station for the offence under Sections 63 and 69 of the Copyrights Act against the petitioners.

Similarly, the respondent No.2/complainant has also initiated commercial IP Suit No.434 of 2021 which is informed to have been amicably settled.

In this background, respondent No.2/complainant through authorized signatory placed on record consent affidavit BGP.

thereby extending consent for quashing. Identity of the authorized person, namely Vinayak Dharmaji Jadhav is verified by the learned APP from his Aadhaar Card, so also, his identity card by his counsel. In this background, when confronted, Vinayak Dharmaji Jadhav has admitted the contents of the consent affidavit. 5.
In view of above, the petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (d) subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid by each of the petitioners to Jeevan Sandhya Mangalya Sansthan (Bank of Maharashtra, A/c No.60134381699, IFSC Code - MAHB0000189) within four weeks and copy of receipt of the same be produced with the Registry, failing which the order of quashing the criminal proceedings shall automatically stand revived and this Court will be constrained to proceed against the petitioners in accordance with law.

With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
