Mr. Ashok Singh, learned Counsel appearing in support of the petition states that the only relief now being pressed in this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is that respondent no.4 be directed to dispose of their refund claim dated 7th May, 2012 expeditiously after grant of personal hearing. 2.
