A statement is made by learned counsel for the applicant that already an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- is deposited and the balance amount of Rs.4,00,000/- shall be deposited by 11/10/2022 as has been directed.

The aforesaid statement is accepted as an undertaking. 3.

In view of the compliance of the order dated 13/09/2022, ad-interim protection ordered by this Court on 10/08/2022 stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest of applicant in crime no. 272 of 2022 registered with Paud Police station for the offence punishable under section 135 of Indian Electricity Act applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one akn Corrected pursuant to speaking to minutes of order dated 10/10/2022.

The applicant shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer as and when directed.

The applicant shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.

In case the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- as undertaken in not deposited before this Court, the Trial Court shall be at liberty to take the applicant in custody.

The application stands disposed of.
