By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 47 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment dated 7.4.2015 passed by Employees' State Insurance Court, Solapur in Application (ESI) No.2 of 2010.

The learned counsel for the Respondent submits that Applicant failed to disclose Mohite 1/2

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for following order :

Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.

No order as to costs.
