By this civil application, the applicants seek to implead the legal heirs and representatives of the sole appellant. The application is filed within the time prescribed. The appellant has made out a case for impleadment of the legal heirs of he appellant and to carry out amendment as prayed in the civil application. Civil application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. There shall be no order as to costs.
