The petitioner alleges that the Collector, Pune has heard the Case No.ULC/T7/KV/6/2017 but till date no orders have been passed in the said case. Prayer has been made to direct the Collector, Pune to take appropriate decision in the said matter which has already been heard and reserved for orders. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing the Collector, Pune to consider and take appropriate decision in the said matter as expeditiously as possible but not latter than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
