This is the second application for bail filed by the aforesaid applicant who is undergoing trial in Crime No.131/2013 registered at Chandwad Police Station for the offence u/s.302, 201, 394, 411,414 r/w.34 of the IPC. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

Perusal of the order dated 10/2/2015 indicates that the earlier application was dismissed as withdrawn and the learned Sessions Judge was directed to conclude the recording of evidence within one year from the date of framing of charge.

rsk BA-1530-15 The present application is filed within one year from the date of the order without there being any change in circumstance. Application is therefore dismissed.
