This Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 25th August, 2008 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, VadgaonMaval, below exhibit 35 in Regular Civil Suit No. 75 of 2005. 2.

This Court by its order dated 12th September, 2017 kept this matter under the caption of "dismissal". When the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner. Hence, Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
