P.C. :- 1] The material facts and circumstances in Civil Application No. 2115 of 1999 are virtually similar to the material facts and circumstances in Civil Application No. 2095 of 1999. In fact, the application seeking condonation of delay in both the matters are literally cyclostyled copies of one another.

2] In view of the reasons set out in the order dated 9 January 2017 disposing of Civil Application No. 2095 of 1999, Civil Application No. 2115 of 1999 is also dismissed. Consequently, First Appeal (St) No. 6884 of 1998 also stands dismissed. Civil Application No. 2116 of 1999 does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.
