Civil Application No.1790 of 2017 is filed for bringing the legal heirs of respondent no.3 (c) on record. Civil Application No.1791 of 2017 is filed for bringing the legal heirs of respondent no.2 (a) on record and Civil Application No.1792 of 2017 is filed for bringing the legal heirs of respondent no.1 (a) on record.

Learned counsel appearing for the legal heirs of all the four respondents has no objection if the aforesaid civil applications are allowed. Statement is accepted. Delay in filing civil applications is condoned. Abatement if any, is set aside. Civil applications are allowed as prayed.

The amendment to be carried out within one week from today. The aforesaid four civil applications are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Place Writ Petition No.6326 of 1998 on board for filing consent terms on 4th August, 2017.
