Heard. Both these Civil Applications are filed for fixing early hearing of the First Appeal.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he has already filed paper book. He submits that the Applicant No.1 is a senior citizen.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Hearing of the First Appeal is expedited under the senior citizen category.

b.

Place the First Appeal for final hearing in weekly board as per its turn in the list of matters pertaining to senior citizen.

c.

Both the Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.

d.

No order as to costs.
