We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Pune Zilla Parishad on 25th May 2012 has already passed an order on an application of the petitioner that upon vacancies being available, the petitioner would be appointed in Pune Zilla Parishad. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is seeking implementation of the said order.

The said order on which the Petitioner is relying is of the year 2012. After 10 years it would be too late for the Court to 1/2

The Petitioner may file fresh application to the Zilla Parishad, Pune. Upon an application made by the petitioner, the Pune Zilla Parishad shall consider the same as per the policy on its own merits so also earlier order passed and shall take decision on the said application preferably within 4 months from the date of the application made by the petitioner. The petitioner shall communicate present order to the respondent- Zilla Parishad.

With the aforesaid observations, Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
