This petition is filed for quashing of the subject F.I.R. Perusal of the F.I.R. reveals that the petitioner assaulted the complainant, a public servant. Therefore, no case is made out for quashing the subject F.I.R. We do not find any merit in the petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
