This is an application seeking restoration of Criminal Application No. 3 of 2015 which was dismissed by an order dated 16th April, 2016. There is delay of 79 days in filing the restoration application which was filed on 3/8/2016. For the reasons assigned in paragraphs- 2, 3 and 4 of the application, the application deserves to be restored to its original status. Delay of 79 days is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of in the above terms.
