Mr.Kharge, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, makes a statement that he is restricting the above Petition to the prayer clause (a) only.

Prayer clause (a) reads as follows :- "(a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ or mandamus and any other appropriate writ, order or direction, thereby directing to the Respondent No:- to decide the Revision Application of the Petitioner in a stipulated period."

Mr. Kharge, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though arguments in the Revision Application No.3615/5429/PK 309/J-5A (Revenue & Forest Department) are concluded on 23.9.2015, no final

The learned APP submits that appropriate orders be passed directing the Hon'ble Revenue Minister to dispose of the same by passing a speaking order.

In the light of the aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the above Petition by directing the Respondent No.1 to dispose of the Revision Application No.3615/5429/PK 309/J-5A as expeditiously as possible by passing a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Order accordingly. Petition stands disposed of.
