During the course of hearing, it is revealed that the Petitioner has already approached the Estate Officer by filing Application on 14th March, 2017. In the circumstances without commenting upon the merits of the matter and in regard to the said Application, we dispose of this Petition by directing the parties to appear before the Estate Officer.

The Respondents are free to file their objection to the prayer made in the said Application and put forth their claim if any.

The Estate Officer shall consider the Petitioner's grievances and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
