Pursuant to the affidavit dated 28th January, 2016 filed by the Applicant, Respondent No. 1 has no objection to permit the Applicant to withdraw a sum of Rs. 2,60,972.85/- deposited in this court, with interest. This statement is made without any third person's interest is being affected. The affidavit dated 28th January,2016 is taken on record.
