Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned additional public prosecutor for the CBI and the learned APP for the State.
After hearing both the sides, the order passed by the learned Special Judge on 20th July, 2015 below Exh. 7 is modified as under :

spb/ 902appln499-15.doc The applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or a cash deposit of Rs.50,000/- in the trial court in lieu of surety. The rest of the conditions of the bail shall remain the same. At this stage, I am informed that the cash bail amount is deposited by the applicant. However, the learned Special Judge has granted cash bail for a limited period. In view of this order of this court, the applicant to continue on the same cash bail deposit on execution of a fresh bond. Criminal application stands disposed of in the above terms.
