The order dated 25-6-2015 passed by the Learned Judge of the City Civil Court, Bombay rejecting the application Exhibit 26 to exhibit the Spanish declaration marked as Article A, is taken exception to by way of the above Petition.

Having regard to the reasons mentioned in the impugned order, in my view, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it would be open for the Petitioner to prove the said document in accordance with law.
