This is an application for restoration of Criminal Application bearing No.103 of 2017 by condoning delay of 50 days and for granting of time to serve spare copy of the said Criminal Application bearing No.103 of 2017.

It is seen that Criminal Application bearing No.103 of 2017 moved by the applicant for renewal of his passport came to be dismissed in default by this Court.

For the reasons stated in the instant application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) by condoning delay in filling the same.
