Heard respective counsel. Learned counsel for the Respondents submit that the previous suit filed by Regular Civil Suit No.6/2006 has been decreed in favour of the Petitioner. He upon instructions submit that the judgment and order passed in RCS 6/2006 has not been challenged. In view of this, prayers in the petition have become infructuous. Hence, petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs. The Trial Court seized with RCS No.19/2008 shall make an endeavour to conclude the said suit as early as possible in view of the fact that the earlier suit is decreed. (SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.)
