The petitioners have filed an appeal against the impugned order before the learned Minister (Revenue) bearing Appeal No.6828 of 2018 in Writ Petition No.7941 of 2018 and Appeal No.6829 of 2018 in Writ Petition No.7942 of 2018 which are pending before the learned Minister (Revenue). Since the assembly session is now over, the petitioners would be at liberty to apply for early hearing of the appeals before the learned Minister (Revenue) and to stay of the impugned order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter.

Both the writ petitions are disposed of in aforesaid terms. 1/2

Interim order which was granted by the learned Additional Commissioner, Pune on 21st April, 2018 to continue for a period of two weeks from today.
