Not on board. Upon mentioning, taken on board. Issue notice to respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant was granted interim protection by this Court by its order dated 28/07/2016 till 05/08/2016 to facilitate applicant to approach to the competent Court at New Delhi and obtain further orders with reference to Crime registered against him. However, it is contended that after obtaining Gaikwad RD 1/2
(P2)APPP-626-16 copy of order, applicant has contacted lawyer at Delhi to file necessary application. However, applicant needs further time up to 12th August 2016, as it is stated that much time was wasted by applicant in finding Vasantkunj Police Station at New Delhi, where the offence is alleged to be registered, as it was ultimately noted that offence was registered at Vasantkunj (North) Police Station in New Delhi. Perused the order dated 28/07/2016, wherein the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on obtaining instructions had made statement that Crime No.375 of 2016 is registered against applicant with Vasantkunj Police Station, New Delhi, and thus by protecting applicant by interim bail till 5th August 2016, application was decided as allowed.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, and as per the submissions made as aforesaid, protection granted to the applicant stand further extended till 12th August 2016, so as to facilitate him to approach competent Court for obtaining necessary order in Crime No.375 of 2016 registered by Vasantkunj (North) Police Station, New Delhi,.
The application is disposed of as allowed.
