Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the GRC has heard the matter on 10th May 2022 and reserved for orders. However, Respondent no. 2 is undertaking steps to evict the Petitioner. We have heard the learned AGP for State and learned Counsel for Respondent no. 2. 2.

The protection granted on 1st April 2022 by the Apex Grievances Redressal Committee is continued till order is passed by the GRC. 1/2

The moment the order is passed by the GRC, the present protection shall come to an end.

With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
