The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above First Appeal which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution alongwith Civil Application for stay on account of the non-removal of the office objections. Since the Appeal has been dismissed on the said ground, it would be just and proper to allow the Civil Application. The same is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the First Appeal and the Civil applications for delay and stay stand restored to file. Place the First Appeal alongwith Civil Application No.3429 of 2016 for admission after two weeks.
