By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioners are, inter alia, seeking the following reliefs:- "a. For a writ of mandamus, for a writ in nature of mandamus and / or for any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing respondent no.1 to expeditiously decide the Appeals filed by petitioners annexed to this petition as Exh. C and peremptorily dispose of the same within period of four weeks. b. Pending the hearing and final disposal of this petition, the respondent no. 1 be directed to forthwith start hearing of Appeals filed by petitioners annexed to this petition as Exh. C and peremptorily dispose of the same within period of four weeks."

We direct Respondent No. 1 to decide the Appeals filed by the Petitioners within a period of 12 weeks from today strictly on merits and without being influenced by this order. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
