Learned APP on instructions submitted that, Petitioner was released on Covid-19 parole leave, however he has not surrendered to the Jail Authority till date. That, a crime under Section 224 of the Indian Penal Code has been registered with Narpoli Police Station, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane in that behalf.

In view thereof, we are not inclined to grant any relief to the Petitioner in the present Petition.

Petition is accordingly dismissed.
