This is an application seeking relaxation of the condition by which the applicant was directed to attend the office of the Investigating Agency once in a month till the charges are framed. Learned Counsel for the applicant informs that the applicant has been scrupulously attending the police station as per the directions issued by this Court while granting the bail. 34-IA-2604-2023.doc It is submitted that the charge has not yet framed, however, looking to the period during which the applicant has attended the police station, it would be just and proper to direct the applicant to attend the office of the concerned police station once in a three months on every first Sunday till the framing of the charge. Applicant shall abide by rest of the conditions imposed while granting the bail.
