The subject matter of challenge in the Petition was order of issuance of non -bailable warrant issued against accused no. 8 i.e. the present Petitioner.

This Court by order dated 19th October 2022, directed accused no. 8/Petitioner to appear before the Special Court. Accordingly, the Petitioner on 21st November 2022, has appeared before learned Special Court. Learned Special Court has directed the Petitioner to furnish bond and appear before the Investigating Officer.
