1) The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 16/8/2016 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and has joined the process of investigation. She further, on instructions, submitted that the investigation pertaining to the present crime is practically completed and the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary. 2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 16/8/2016 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating officer as and when called for between 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. till filing of the charge-sheet.
